If you don't know what RSS FEED is, then just go to www.feedburner.com and put in your blog(s) and they will make you a RSS URL that you will need to give to me so I can feature your blog. They should give you something similar to this URL: http://feeds.feedburner.com/YOURBLOGGOESHERE.
