Hi,
Well, I guess I will start with a blog about food - decorated cakes! I have been decorating cakes since I was about 18 or 19 years old. I guess it is my way of expressing my artistic ability. I took an art class in school, but you can only put so many pictures on the wall! But with cake - that's a different story. You can make a masterpiece, eat it, and then look forward to the next one. So you can have your cake and eat it too! I just set up a blog about cake decorating and cake ideas. It has been fun getting it designed - my first undertaking of any such kind :) I have a free monthly newsletter and will be having contests once I get that lined out.
