I don't know about the one blog you have with the regular domain, but the one from blogspot you can register at feedburner. Just follow these instructions.
Go to www.feedburner.com and there will be a long yellowish text box where you can put your URL for your blog at blogspot. (If I were to put mine in, it would be: http://freeadwahm.blogspot.com) Get it? Don't click "I'm a podcaster". Just click next. And it will automatically start the registering process. Then, once you are done, it will give you your RSS feed URL! Try it out with your blogspot blog.
